Jump starts service near Fontana, CA

1 year ago my brother-in-law referred me to Midas Diamond Bar after I told him I felt the Toyota dealer I had been going for 3 years up-sold some unnecessary services to me. Since then this place has been my go-to shop for all my car maintenance and repair. The staff (Nitin) was really nice and very honest. Doesn't try to push some unnecessary services to you. They make sure that they take care of you nice and fairly and that you feel comfortable with them so you will come back. And I will def come back. -Jared Wu

Got a flat and got it towed here because it was close to Cal Poly. People here are really nice and they fixed my tire for free! Brian was really cool and we had a friendly conversation while Mynor was fixing my tire very quickly. Probably the best experience I had at a car service location. Highly recommend! Jose Jimenez

I have been a loyal client of Bauer for many years now. Their services are top knotch and always timely!They have very fair pricing, kind staff, and a great place to sit and relax if you need to kill some time. My 2001 Audi has been fully service by them, everything from fixing the window regulators, to coolant leaks, to sensors and tire rotations!They put their customers first, and Andreas makes sure to do whatever he has to, to make his clients happy. I have always taken my vehicles to the dealers for service but this place came highly recommended and so I gave it a try. The service and price were great. The owner and office staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and the price savings when compared to the dealership is significant! Bonita P

This company doesn’t take responsibility for damage caused by negligence of their mechanics. After four tows back and forth to their shop and a fifth to the shop that actually fixed the problem they don’t want to pay for what it costs to fix what was damaged caused at their shop, instead just want to offer a refund. This is like if they didn’t fix your brakes properly and you crash, they would just offer a refund on the brake job and not the damage caused by their negligence. It cost $650 to repair what their mechanic messed up and they want to offer me a $380 refund. Be aware, this company takes no responsibility for their actions. Off to small claims I go...

My wife’s expedition blew a heater hose while at Coffee Bean with steam coming out from under the hood she drove next door to American Tire. The guys “T” as in Mr. T was very helpful, even assisting her a tow to the dealer through AAA (garages don’t typically assist you going elsewhere, but they were helpful). Upon arriving to assess the problem I realized the “new” heater hoses are not hoses at all but rather multisegment manifolds. I felt comfortable with everything explained, they confirmed that the parts were available and it would be done by the end of day and it was. Very happy with the service and how we were treated. 5 star all the way!

Being a single woman I was hesitant to trust any repair shop and gladly my fears were for naught. The people at Our King Auto Repair are friendly, knowledgeable, and completely trustworthy. Star Auto Service is amazing. They really do the job right and take care of their customers. From the shuttle service to calling and giving me updates, I really appreciate their attention to detail. They even gave me a loaner car -- a Mustang which is considerably cooler than the minivan I left for repair. I've had a problem with an automatic side door that wouldn't stay open. The dealer spent an entire day and insisted I'd have to replace the whole door. I brought it to Star Auto and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. Dave was awesome from the very first time we called, all the way to the final day of completion. He is the best! Dave is very honest, trustworthy and a man of his word. His shop is very clean and hard working. They are so good, it's like a NASCAR Pitcrew handle your vehicle's needs. They take pride in their work and make you feel great and relieved to put your vehicle in such expert hands. Zach the mechanic was amazing and professional. This is one mechanic shop that you would like to visit when you really need your car fixed. They really take care of you, very honest, reasonable and they do things right the first time.
