The Best body and paint work I've seen thus far. I highly recommend Spectrum, I recently had my BMW hit from the side and the paint and body work looks as if nothing happened, blended well and you can never tell it was hit! There reasonable, trustworthy and most important fast! They won't have your car on the back burner, will expedite quickly while being precise! They do everything from classics to common cars to expotics this is a great body shop! A+++ :)

I never thought I'd find a mechanic that would delight me enough to write a 5 star review, but this place is different than any other auto mechanic I've ever dealt with.I came in for regular 30K service and spongy brakes, expecting a costly brake job, among other things. After dropping off the car, my phone rang a short while later. I answered, going into my typical defensive mode that I've grown accustomed to from past experience with auto mechanics, ready to question every single thing "wrong" with the car and the thousands of dollars about to be estimated to fix it."Your car's fine," said the voice on the other end. He explained that the brakes had plenty of life left and just needed to be bled. The only thing needed was an oil change and new air filter. The honest diagnosis was the most refreshing words I've ever heard coming through the phone from an auto mechanic

Just recently I brought a vehicle in for a major repair and I was leaving on a business trip. Once the repairs were made, Jaclyn drove it up to my home in San Francisco to personally deliver it to my wife while I was away. Now that's top notch customer service. My Mercedes 2003 c240. The whole front end was busted. Conrtol arms, bushings, etc. I took it in, and the work was fantastic! My car came back clean, and running smooth! I'll be back for my shocks and hoses my car needs. I'm super happy with the service! Happy I found someone I can trust, and knows my Mercedes. YAY!

I discovered Auto Care Specialist after too many years of being a dedicated dealership customer because I wanted to insure my car warranty was maintained. I took my car in to Auto Care Specialist today for basic service, and fully expected to have the oil, oil filter, air filter and lube done. When Chris contacted me to let me know that my car was in great condition and only needed the power steering fluid flushed, I asked "What about the oil and oil filter, and air filter?" Chris said "Not needed at this time!" Call me surprised by that news, as my car's oil and oil filter were always changed, every 6, 000 miles, and then always seemed to need something else done/replaced that increased the service cost well beyond what I anticipated, by the dealership. How refreshing to be not taken advantage of, and to have only the necessary work done on my car! Great and prompt service. It may have taken me too many years to find this quality auto service center, however, I am thrilled to know that my car care needs will be taken care of, without my needing to take a 2nd out on my house! I had a great experience with William Michael Automotive. I brought my car in with a weird noise and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and propose a solution. I was blown away by the emails I received from them with photos of my actual problem along with diagrams of how it should look and function. They really go out of their way to make the customer feel comfortable that they are getting great service. This is the place I will return again and again! I am very impressed on how they handle the entire process of my car trouble. I was changing out my drive belt and ac belt, not only their price was more than reasonable but their work was spot on! I was able to get in and out fast. Also ask for an oil change while I’m there and it was not a long wait at all! They were upfront about the cost and give me a detailed break down. They also warned me about taxes and fees that may apply later at check out. No hidden cost that will surprise you later.
