My charger rides so good after the tune-up they gave me, I had a very long drive so I decided to get a tune-up first, so glad I did! They do amazing work!

I brought in my BMW 530i and received marvelous service. I had a chance to speak with one of the mechanics when I first brought my car in, and he was very attentive and on top of things. Throughout the whole process Swiss Motors kept me updated on the scope of work and the cost. When they found issues in addition to the main problem I brought my car in for, they let me know what it was, how important it was to fix, and what the cost would be. I never felt at all pressured to add anything, and I never felt like I was being upsold - all that Swiss Motors cares about is getting your car fixed efficiently and cost effectively, and keeping you updated every step of the way. I needed a rental in the meantime while my car was being repaired, and even though Swiss Motors doesn't offer loaner cars there is a Hertz super close by that worked out just fine. And ever since I got my car back from Swiss Motors it has been running like a dream.

These guys got me a good price on a pair of new tires. Install on what looked like it turned into a busy Friday afternoon took about an hour. Rachel Ann Pierce

Established in 1992. This business is a family owned and operated auto repair shop. In 1991 Alfonso Gonzalez left his regular day job as an auto mechanic to work on cars at home. Just having a couple of customers a day helped him pay the bills and his recently purchased home. In 1992 his amount of customers grew and was able to open his official licensed auto repair facility in the city of Hawthorne CA, for the next 5 years the businesses boomed from one bay to a 3 bay, 1500 square foot facility, not having enough room he was forced to move to a 2500 square shop in Inglewood, CA. Ten years later he moved to 1129 S. La Brea. Inglewood CA. with 10,000 square foot lot and 4 employees Universal Auto Service still offers great prices and an awesome customer service.

This is one place on where I will be a FOREVER Customer and Loyal at that. Today I had the wrose most horrible day dealing with a set of bad companies that deal with tires. I was out and about for almost 8 hours trying to get my tires replaced due to one of them having a Bad Factory tear on the inside of the tire. I got here at 6:45pm, right before they closed and this AMAZING WONDERFUL Gentleman asked me how I was doing and was super sweet to hear what happened. He said he was sorry for what happened and that he would be happy to help. Within minutes of getting there, the guys out in the garage did the alignment, changed out all 4 tires and also told me that I had 2 other problems with the Tire area and helped me in every way to get my car back on the road safe for me to drive. It took these gentlemen 40 min.s to get it all done right. They helped me with everything, got me a warranty on the tires and more. I couldn't have been anymore happier, they made my day better. Came here because I had a flat tire. But not only that I needed an oil change so this individual camilo took care of me really fast. Not only was he fast he had the best customer service I have seen in a while. I highly recommend checking this place out. Great job u guys. Ask for camilo hes the best! Jonathan Cook

We moved to southern California in 1992 and a couple coworkers recommended Wards to us. We started taking our cars there, and would never go anywhere else now. They are low key and never try to sell us something we don't need, they're friendly, reasonable, and happy to give us a ride to or from the house even though we don't live close to the shop. They have saved us money numerous times by telling us when something is still under warranty and could be fixed for free at the dealership; they could have done the work, charged us, and we'd have never been the wiser. But that's not the way they do business! Our daughter had car trouble on a trip and her car was towed to the nearest garage. She didn't understand what they were telling her needed to be done so she called Jim to ask his advice. He offered to call and speak with them himself and then explain the problem to her in lay terms and help her decide what to do--no charge for his time even though he got nothing out of it. Over the years, we've taken several different brands and styles of cars to them and they've never failed us. We wouldn't trust our cars to anyone else's care! They are the absolute top of their field.

First and foremost Sean is really good at fixing cars!! He knows his stuff. His way of explaining the mechanics makes me feel at ease because I can actually follow. Though his auto mechanical IQ is as strong as anybody else's, it's Sean's integrity and laid-back professionalism that sets him apart in his industry. Sean will NEVER make you feel like your being taken advantage of and He will always tell you the truth...always. Also, his prices are extremely reasonable. I have been using Sean for several years and will continue to do so. I recommend him to anyone.
