I got my latest set of new (Michelin Defender) tires today along with alignment on my 2013 Prius. The car noise levels, steering, and ride are much improved. Last week I had the alternator replaced on my 1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria and had this car smog checked. This was the second time I have had work done on this particular car but in the past they serviced a 1990 Lexus LS 400 that I used to own. I commend them for their integrity, the excellent quality of their work, and their reasonable prices. I highly recommend them. Ed C. Cypress, CA

Took them over two weeks for the repairs. Asked them to keep us updated, but never did. Only when we called did we find out about delays parts needed to be ordered, etc. $5K worth of work, I think it's okay to expect to be treated a bit more professionally.

I think you overcharged me with the oil change service. For the same service in other places, I only paid $60-$65.

Shady shop in Glendale must avoid. I went in for some new tires. They continuously changed the price quote and switched tire brands. They insisted that I need an alignment and new control arm bushings or they won't provide warranty on the new tires. I allowed them to change the bushings and do an alignment and after a couple of days the car drives terribly. It pulls to either right or left side at highway speeds and intermittently there is a wobble on the front right wheel side. I took the car back and after their "mechanic" test drove they tell me I need new brake rotors and need new brake system. This is so bogus because when they worked on my car initially they said everything is fine we checked brakes, etc, etc, etc. My car was driving fine before they worked on my car! I just needed new tires. So now my car has a wobble and alignment is off and they wont fix the work they did. They want to charge me for more things that I don't need instead of replacing the cheap aftermarket bushings they put in. Really sad just avoid this place. Just let them fix your flat tires nothing more. CHECK THEIR BBB! ALL THEIR STORES HAVE 'F' RATING AND THE GLENDALE LOCATION DOES NOT EVEN HAVE BBB! How is this shop still open I have no idea...
