one of the worst feelings as a car owner is when that red "check engine" light appears...ugh. i brought my truck in today knowing that robert & his crew would be honest with me and let me know if any repairs were truly needed. i feared it was my alternator, a very costly repair... turns out it wasnt, and was related to the ignition box which has been replaced earlier that morning. no repairs were needed! big sigh of relief! i continue to give this business my loyalty because i trust them. bonus is that you get a complimentary car wash with your service. win! win! thank you again silver star !!!

This is one place on where I will be a FOREVER Customer and Loyal at that. Today I had the wrose most horrible day dealing with a set of bad companies that deal with tires. I was out and about for almost 8 hours trying to get my tires replaced due to one of them having a Bad Factory tear on the inside of the tire. I got here at 6:45pm, right before they closed and this AMAZING WONDERFUL Gentleman asked me how I was doing and was super sweet to hear what happened. He said he was sorry for what happened and that he would be happy to help. Within minutes of getting there, the guys out in the garage did the alignment, changed out all 4 tires and also told me that I had 2 other problems with the Tire area and helped me in every way to get my car back on the road safe for me to drive. It took these gentlemen 40 min.s to get it all done right. They helped me with everything, got me a warranty on the tires and more. I couldn't have been anymore happier, they made my day better. i really couldn't ask better, the service was great the mechanics were so friendly and showed me the exact problem. I then got invited into the waiting room where they put a movie of my choice and got the service i ever wished for, the price was excellent and very cheap i am definitely going to return to Del Rey Brakes & Alignment soon.

I brought the tire to get repaired. When the work was done, I asked how much I owned them because I did not purchase the tire at this store. The manger said it did not cost me anything. First and foremost Sean is really good at fixing cars!! He knows his stuff. His way of explaining the mechanics makes me feel at ease because I can actually follow. Though his auto mechanical IQ is as strong as anybody else's, it's Sean's integrity and laid-back professionalism that sets him apart in his industry. Sean will NEVER make you feel like your being taken advantage of and He will always tell you the truth...always. Also, his prices are extremely reasonable. ok, well, i just suddenly appeared at the shop, because my car had trouble starting. being a dummy, i thought it was my battery, but, when i explained the attempts and the clicking, he knew the exact problem. i can always trust the guys at the shop. i have an old car, and they have been doing the upkeep for years now. it is a toyota truck, so it is priceless to me, and they always fix it with a smile! heros!

I had got myself a used Honda Accord from Okuma Enterprises nearly two years ago, and am really impressed with the way my car runs even now I thought to write this review. To put it precisely, my experience of buying a car from Okuma was simply outstanding. Even better, after I was struck by another car, they gave me the only sane and fair price out of any of the body shops in silverlake and echo park. Hopefully I don't have to go back, but if anything else happens to my car aram is my go to!!!

Now I have no trouble in lowering and raising my door glass. They are prompt and courteous tries to provide the best to their customers. As a new resident to LA, West Coast Tire was very helpful in fixing my tire that was under road hazard warranty from another shop out of state. I worked with Joe primarily, who was very quick, always answered my calls, and was very friendly. He made sure everything was right before I pulled out of the lot. I will definitely go back to West Coast again.
