I CANNOT express enough how grateful the guys at American Tire Depot have been to me. As a single woman who knows virtually nothing about cars, I am so grateful to these gentlemen who have treated me in the same manner that I know they would want someone to treat their mothers, wives or sisters. They have kept my older car running and pieced together many times without overcharging or even charging me (for the small things) at all. I've also seen them do the same for men as well. I brought in my BMW 530i and received marvelous service. I had a chance to speak with one of the mechanics when I first brought my car in, and he was very attentive and on top of things. Throughout the whole process Swiss Motors kept me updated on the scope of work and the cost. When they found issues in addition to the main problem I brought my car in for, they let me know what it was, how important it was to fix, and what the cost would be. I never felt at all pressured to add anything, and I never felt like I was being upsold - all that Swiss Motors cares about is getting your car fixed efficiently and cost effectively, and keeping you updated every step of the way. I needed a rental in the meantime while my car was being repaired, and even though Swiss Motors doesn't offer loaner cars there is a Hertz super close by that worked out just fine. And ever since I got my car back from Swiss Motors it has been running like a dream.

These guys got me a good price on a pair of new tires. Install on what looked like it turned into a busy Friday afternoon took about an hour. Rachel Ann Pierce

Mark and all the folks at Preferred Auto are the best. Since i have had a couple German cars lately i haven't been there for a year or two. When i brought in a used Acura for them to check before i bought, they did an extremely thorough check, and though it was low miles, the car was older and needed more work than i wished to do. The charge was more than reasonable, i would have been happy even if it had been 50% higher for the work done. They are always honest and fair and look out for their customers first. They clearly know that is what has made them so successful. THE BEST! Wish they worked on German sheet metal!! Howard Kaplan
