Mostly interacted with Bruce, who was very helpful, but the small interactions I did have with the rest of the staff were just as nice. Reasonable prices and a very professional atmosphere. I had a great experience with William Michael Automotive. I brought my car in with a weird noise and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and propose a solution. I was blown away by the emails I received from them with photos of my actual problem along with diagrams of how it should look and function. They really go out of their way to make the customer feel comfortable that they are getting great service. I really appreciate the level a detail they took in their work and would highly recommend them to anyone I know looking for a mechanic they can trust!

Jorge of Baja's auto tech has done several jobs for me over the last year. He has been honest with me and given me a good price every time. He has not tried to convince me to do something that doesn't really need to be done. He trouble shoots problems like a master mechanic should and only does what makes sense to do. I'm happy that I can trust him and that he gets my job done quickly. I highly reccomend him!

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. These guys ruined my brand new wheels! They created giant chunks in the wheels and left marring on the front surface of the wheel. After only 3,000 miles my vehicle went through a brand new pair of tires because they couldn't align the lift that they had installed on my 2012 truck properly. The mechanics couldn't even install and balance new tires without ruining my wheels. I wouldn't even trust these guys with an oil change. Never go there!
