This is the place I will return again and again! I am very impressed on how they handle the entire process of my car trouble. I was changing out my drive belt and ac belt, not only their price was more than reasonable but their work was spot on! I was able to get in and out fast. Also ask for an oil change while I’m there and it was not a long wait at all! They were upfront about the cost and give me a detailed break down. They also warned me about taxes and fees that may apply later at check out. No hidden cost that will surprise you later. I rolled in at 6:30pm on Friday with my brake lights not going off when i turned off the car. obviously, if i didn't get this fixed, the battery would drain and i'd be out of luck with a dead battery by Saturday morning. I went to the front desk and asked if the mechanics were still on duty. he said they were off at 5pm, but i could go in there and ask if they could do me a favor. owner/operator/master technician chris stepped right up and how he could help me. i explained the issue and he spent about 5-10 minutes working my issue and sure enough he figured it out and at least came up with a temporary solution. he told me what to do to arrange a permanent fix and didn't try to tell me to bring it in Monday so he could fix it for a bunch of money. i asked him if i could compensate him for this mini consultation...and he declined. an owner/operator/master technician who's still at his shop 1.5 hours after closing time on a Friday willing to stand tall and help out someone in need seems like a pretty solid guy to me and a guy who's doing what it takes to make his business successful. I'll be taking my BMW to Chris for service going forward.

My daughter came for visit for holidays and her car had check engine light on. Took the car to Steve at Meineke day after Thanksgiving and he got us right in. As a female it is scary going to mechanic shop but we never were jerked around. Great prices great customer service! Kristina L. San Jose, CA
