Best customer service and auto service ever! I've gone to multiple auto shops from Santa Barbara to Riverside and I had yet to receive the customer service I got here and auto service. The station is under new ownership and is just not the same. The prices are higher and the personnel have changed. I got an estimate to change the transmission fluid in my car which has 30K miles. The quote was extremely high so I called the dealer. What surprised me is that the dealer informed me that my vehicle has no dip stick and does not need the fluid changed until 100K miles. Not only was Phil's price higher then the dealer, they were going to sell me something that I didn't need. Buyer Beware I guess.

This place is a scam and rip me off.... took my car in for not starting. they piggy back a connector to my fuel pump relay and charged me for something that it was not even replaced!!!! found out from another shop when the car have the same issues and symptoms. DON'T TAKE TO THIS PLACE!!! call them and never call me back. DO NOT TAKE TO THIS PLACE!! THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF THE OWNER IS A CROOK!!!

Established in 2000. I Erick Voss started Euro West Rovers back in 2000 then I moved on 2006 to Fullerton, Were I had a small custom shop for 8 years. Manny worked with me at Euro West for the 6 great years that I owned it and continued to work at Euro West after I moved on. One day him and I got to talking about how much fun we had at Euro West and decided we should join forces and work together again. So we looked for a new shop and found this building in April 2015 with 11,000 sq ft. this place will give us the opportunity to do the work and service that we feel is lacking in the service industry with honesty and integrity. Manny and I put our hearts and souls in everything we do for our customers and we are here for the long term! We have an open door policy, so if you are in the neighborhood come by and check us out!

Staff was helpful and did not try to haggle me with ridiculous prices or false claims. Once I was going to be late for work with two flat tires. Luckily I was close to this place and they were willing to take me in. Once the repair and rotation of the tires were done, I was charged nothing! That's right nothing, I couldn't believe it.
