159672 haft
Failed to repair brakes on 3 visits. Forced me to drive all over town with no brakes. I took my car to Firestone on imperial and norwalk Blvd my brakes were fixed in 3 hours. Maybe there a front for organized crime and don't really care about car sales or repeat business

replaced engine
They lack professionalism, integrity and everything else you can think of. They lie through their teeth about what they are doing for you and give you all kinds of lines about how long they've been in the business and that they have A+ BB rating and have 100% satisfaction from AAA. I atleast have been making complaints to AAA not sure what that will do but if your smart enough to read this before getting service from them you'll be smart enough not to do any kind of business with them. Multiple issues and returning my car to them after they replaced my engine. Car wouldn't even start on day one when I picked up my car. I've had to return my car three times and still having issues. They really give their race a bad name!

Never go to "parks" auto care @ 10970 firestone in Norwalk, ca.. Horrible and the Owner Mike is an Idiot
