These people have very different vibe than any other shop and I have been to many in my life. They don’t try to upsell you or use some cheep “time pressure” techniques. They honestly look at your car, give you their opinion and very fair price and let you decide what and when you want to fix. I never felt pressured into anything, unlike all other places. I stumbled accross these mechanics through my doughter’s acquaintance and thought to myself at first” another shop we will be testing for a few months untill we get tired of them selling us repairs we don’t need” but do far I have been here about 5 times for various things, I had a very pleasurable experience with both the owner and the young gentleman that works there. Recommend to every body who is tired of being hustled by a money hungry & commission driven people.

I highly recommend this auto car repair facility to anyone. I was referred to this shop by a friend after my 2014 Dodge was having transmission problems. I have limited knowledge of cars, I was fearing the worst. Louis had "best in class" customer service, very honest and straight to the point . I saved $100 on tires by coming here and I'm glad I did. I ordered a set of 4 tires and made the appointment on their website (which included a $20 off promo for booking online) I made the appointment on Sunday and had it scheduled for Tuesday AM as they would have to order them and they wouldn't arrive till Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon I called to confirm my appointment for Tuesday morning and Charlie let me know my tires would arrive in the next hour and that they were available to install now if I was interested. I dropped the car off and 1 hour later I had 4 new tires installed. They even had a nice shine to them. The paperwork was taken care of quickly. Charlie in the office was helpful and courteous. I drive back and forth between Northern and Southern California quite a bit. I drive a 2001 Toyota Corolla without AC. Anyone that has ever driven the 3 hour drive down the 5 freeway in the summer knows that's awful without AC. My friend from Huntington Beach recommended d and s and they did a great job. The owner, Steve was very direct, and he showed me the parts he had taken out to let me see exactly what I was paying for. His wife handled my paperwork and was super sweet and cheerful. I would recommend.

Ray and his crew at Solo Tire Pros are great. I've purchased at least 6 sets of tires from them over the past 8 years. They did a fantastic job with both my SUV and my wife's car. They also put tires on all my kid's cars. Solo's prices are fair and they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. When I need tires, the choice is simple. Solo is my choice. Plus, Ray is just a nice guy who cares for his customers.
