I've taken my Audi TT roadster to Griffin's several times. They have take great care of the care of it. They know the ins and outs of repairing Audis, so I'm not waiting for days while they scout around for parts and figure out how to get the repair done. I love FTS because I can trust them. That's a big thing for me when going to see a mechanic, especially for the first time. They have the most incredible reviews and I got a glowing referral for their services. They lived up to ALL the hype. I went in for an oil change and I got a no-nonsense assessment of what needed to be done and when. They didn't try to oversell me or get me to fix things that weren't in need of repair. I really appreciate that! They also worked quickly and got me in with little notice and completed my service before the estimated time. I will definitely be back to FTS, in fact, I have my other car scheduled for this week. :)

Great customer service - I originally bought 4 Winnrun tires in Murrieta and "tested" them on my commute to work - 60 miles. Horrible tire for an Audi A4. Manager at store of purchase said they were similar to my Toyo's. Ummm, no...So I went into the Kearny Mesa location and was greeted by Daniel and Joey I told them my issue and was promptly issued a credit for the tires and exchanged them for a set of Toyo. These are great people. They know what they are doing. The location had changed from one in La Mesa. It is easy to find and get to. I went there for several years straight and never had issues. (With the service or people.) I always had my car (Toyota) drive the best after taking it to Bond's.
