The owner of Ability Radiator John Reemts is a scam artist. We have hired John Reemts last year to work on our Houseboat. Which included solar insulation, including Betty's, Ac and DC panel, as well ceiling lights and roof coating. The total amounts of work was contracted for was over 25k . The work per agreement was supposed to be Done in May of this year. Nothing has been Done. Buyers be aware.

Of course, I told them I understood if they couldn't get to it sooner than later. Mike made the exception for me and gave exceptional service too. Instead of giving that knee-jerk response so many people do of a deep sigh and a long pause to work it out in their head, Mike double checked, made it happen, and didn't make me feel like I owed him one for doing me a favor. I tried to leave him some extra cash for being so generous and he said no way and that he was happy to help. I left the $20 for him anyway on my way out because good people with great attitudes should be rewarded for going above and beyond.
