Prius service near La Puente, CA

Went here on a referral with a coupon to have AC service. Mechanic did a good job , didn't try to up charge me. Honesty and integrity very much appreciated don't find that with a lot of mechanics these days!

The staff was friendly and performed the alignment check quickly. I was concerned about possible frame damage on a used car that I was considering purchasing and they directly addressed my concern about that issue instead of simply telling me the car was aligned well. While waiting outside, they got a chair for me to sit in, so that was nice, too. Chris Morris

Amazing work. The owner Kenni is an amazing woman. It makes me feel so comfortable taking my car somewhere to get an oil change especially being a woman because I know they will always be honest with me. I will always come here for any of my car needs.

I was on vacation with my family and I had a tire that kept losing air. This place hooked me up with a new tire valve and got me back on the road in no time! Excellent customer service at this American Tire Depot, I didn't had no problem at the first tire depot in Torrance on Hawthorne Blvd when I purchase my tire set but after today I'm really disapointed I called a appt for my tires to be rotated the guy was able to give me the appt the same day I was happy but meanwhile my truck was getting a oil change @ the dealership which took almost 2hrs instead of 1hr so made me late to my appt at American tire depot in Torrance so I get there and the guy didn't want to help me at all because it was almost 3 o'clock and had 4 cars ahead of me. I wouldn't mind to wait but he didn't even offer me. Instead he wanted to give me an appt for tomorrow, so I started calling all the American Tire depot around my area and found me the 1 in Hawthorne in Rosecrans Ave the guy who answer my called told me to come in and was going to help me with my rotation and they sure did help me ASAP when I got there and was out in less then a 1hr thank you guys so so so much for your help. For the past 4 years I have been going to American Tire Depot. The pricing is reasonable. Everyone there is professional....polite, easy going. The guys there are on it!...your in and out! I saved $100 on tires by coming here and I'm glad I did. I ordered a set of 4 tires and made the appointment on their website (which included a $20 off promo for booking online) I made the appointment on Sunday and had it scheduled for Tuesday AM as they would have to order them and they wouldn't arrive till Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon I called to confirm my appointment for Tuesday morning and Charlie let me know my tires would arrive in the next hour and that they were available to install now if I was interested. I dropped the car off and 1 hour later I had 4 new tires installed. They even had a nice shine to them. The paperwork was taken care of quickly. Charlie in the office was helpful and courteous. Within a 2 week period, 3 of my 4 tires had nails and screws found in them. I had to purchase a new tire for the first situation. The following week I had to make another visit for damage done to 2 other tires. They heard about my belief as to why I am experiencing this. Fixed the problem tires and sent me on my way..... NO CHARGE! They made a bad situation into a situation where I could be grateful for something. Thank you so much to the manager of Hermosa Beach American Tire Depot. It meant a lot!! I will be back!
