Had my transmission replaced have to get redone about 1 year later

007 mb e350 I have been to these guys two times and both times they handled my car and service with amazing care and detail. First time was for a service check up and their price was unbeatable by anyone within a 10 to 20 miles radius. Second time my car would not start when it was cold in the morning. So I took it to them and after having a diagnostic, turned out my crankshaft sensor was no good. They fixed and teat everything and so far the car runs amazing. Will check back within a week to see if any more problems shows up. Thanks autowerk eurpean definitely my go to guys!

Jorge of Baja's auto tech has done several jobs for me over the last year. He has been honest with me and given me a good price every time. He has not tried to convince me to do something that doesn't really need to be done. He trouble shoots problems like a master mechanic should and only does what makes sense to do. I'm happy that I can trust him and that he gets my job done quickly. I highly reccomend him!

Miguel De La Vega is the owner of Extreme Kustoms who scammed me for $2,500 after receiving payment from my insurance company. The most unprofessional service I've ever experienced! He refused to provide a receipt for payments received and no estimate was provided for any of the repairs. Two weeks after leaving my car at the shop, I was informed by a third party that he ordered all the wrong parts & had to extend my car rental reservation another time. When I picked up my car, it was making a loud whining noise that it didn't have before. After having it checked, I learned that it was completely out of power steering fluid which I believe leaked or was drained during the repairs and not refilled. I finally received documents from insurance and found several items that were not replaced or repaired but received payment for. Some items were charged twice & other parts were never damaged & billed for.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. These guys ruined my brand new wheels! They created giant chunks in the wheels and left marring on the front surface of the wheel. After only 3,000 miles my vehicle went through a brand new pair of tires because they couldn't align the lift that they had installed on my 2012 truck properly. The mechanics couldn't even install and balance new tires without ruining my wheels. I wouldn't even trust these guys with an oil change. Never go there!

Don't do business here. Had a minor body issue with my van that went $1k over estimate and 2 weeks over time with no communication. My wife had to call daily to get updates and was told "my manager will call you back" every day for over a week with no response. We went without our family car for so long without any apology or understanding. To top it off, they did extra work like charging for a tire replacement, alignment (i only had a scratch on a door and drove my car over 200 miles after my body damage), painting a door that wasn't affected at all, and charging us extra for a moulding job that seemed exorbitant. Again zero communication about this. Finally when I went to pick up today, they told me I had to pay $2500, then $3,000, then finally $250 after I calculated the insurance checks they had to find in their system with my own calculator. I wasn't aware of any charges due, so told them I'd call with a CC once i got home which is 19m away, but that's the only time the manager even seemed to care - when he wasn't getting immediate payment. Shouldn't have to be a fight to get my own car and not get ripped off. Never again.
