This place was busy right away this morning when I arrived. Still they were able to squeeze me in. I thought I need a tire patched as it was flat. Ends up it was only a bad valve stem. They switched it out in no time and didn't t even charge. I was pretty surprised and quite speechless. Thanks a lot guys. The staff was friendly and performed the alignment check quickly. I was concerned about possible frame damage on a used car that I was considering purchasing and they directly addressed my concern about that issue instead of simply telling me the car was aligned well. I had backed into a curb and twisted my muffler. It was leaking exhaust and making quite a racket. The Tru-Line guys assessed the problem and got me same day over to a great muffler shop to get it fixed up. So technically they didn't repair it, but they diagnosed it and got me taken care of with a great muffler shop. Great service. Quick. I'd go back again.

My wife’s expedition blew a heater hose while at Coffee Bean with steam coming out from under the hood she drove next door to American Tire. The guys “T” as in Mr. T was very helpful, even assisting her a tow to the dealer through AAA (garages don’t typically assist you going elsewhere, but they were helpful). Upon arriving to assess the problem I realized the “new” heater hoses are not hoses at all but rather multisegment manifolds. I felt comfortable with everything explained, they confirmed that the parts were available and it would be done by the end of day and it was. Very happy with the service and how we were treated. 5 star all the way!
