My wife’s expedition blew a heater hose while at Coffee Bean with steam coming out from under the hood she drove next door to American Tire. The guys “T” as in Mr. T was very helpful, even assisting her a tow to the dealer through AAA (garages don’t typically assist you going elsewhere, but they were helpful). Upon arriving to assess the problem I realized the “new” heater hoses are not hoses at all but rather multisegment manifolds. I felt comfortable with everything explained, they confirmed that the parts were available and it would be done by the end of day and it was. Very happy with the service and how we were treated. 5 star all the way!

Hubert has always been good on communicating with me and telling me when something is not needed. The service at Rick's was terrific! I was on my way to take my son back to UC Irvine from Agoura when my battery and engine lights came on. It turns out I needed a new alternator and belts. Rick went out of his way to accomodate my schedule. He fixed my car promptly which enabled me to get my son back to UCI to attend class that afternoon. The owner, Glen, really knows about taking care of your customers. I didn't know what to expect from an independent BMW repair shop. My factory and extended warranty ran out and I needed a starter replaced and the dealer quoted an arm and a leg! On Sunday evening I left a voice message requesting a quote for the service to my car. I immediately received a text message with a quote early Monday morning. Ruben was not just genuinely a cool guy but very straight forward and open about the quote and diagnostic. The prices beat the other repair shops' I contacted and the experience was way better than what I experienced at the dealer. I even received video clips of him showing me how he replaced the starter and other steps. Honesty, no gimmicks, the best price I explored, great customer service, and I will definitely continue my servicing needs here
