This is the ONLY place I take my Porsche. Don and his team provide excellent service. An example : My alternator went out & after a night on the trickle charge I thought I could make it over. Unfortunately my care died only a few blocks away. I explained my situation to Don and he sent a mechanic over with an extra battery to assist me in completing the journey to the shop.

I have used A+ for my cars for a number of years now. The work is always done correctly, on time and I am treated politely. They explain things to me in terms I understand. A huge plus is the ride TO and FROM work so that I am not bothering colleagues to get a ride. I recently had to use the dealership and it reminded me why I go to A+ instead, polite, on time and professional.

I brought my BMW into Holland to assess an issue that I was having with my transmission. After the assessment, Holland said that I needed a new transmission, which would cost approximately $8,000.00. I got a 2nd opinion from another repair shop and they said that Holland was grossly incorrect and that my problem was only a minor computer issue. It was an easy fix, my car runs fine now, and the cost was a hundred bucks. I am terribly upset that Holland presumed that I should replace my entire transmission and spend $8000 when it was only a small issue with my car computer that should have been diagnosed correctly in the first place. I trusted Holland and I was misled.

I discovered Auto Care Specialist after too many years of being a dedicated dealership customer because I wanted to insure my car warranty was maintained. I took my car in to Auto Care Specialist today for basic service, and fully expected to have the oil, oil filter, air filter and lube done. When Chris contacted me to let me know that my car was in great condition and only needed the power steering fluid flushed, I asked "What about the oil and oil filter, and air filter?" Chris said "Not needed at this time!" Call me surprised by that news, as my car's oil and oil filter were always changed, every 6, 000 miles, and then always seemed to need something else done/replaced that increased the service cost well beyond what I anticipated, by the dealership. How refreshing to be not taken advantage of, and to have only the necessary work done on my car! Great and prompt service. It may have taken me too many years to find this quality auto service center, however, I am thrilled to know that my car care needs will be taken care of, without my needing to take a 2nd out on my house! I rolled in at 6:30pm on Friday with my brake lights not going off when i turned off the car. obviously, if i didn't get this fixed, the battery would drain and i'd be out of luck with a dead battery by Saturday morning. I went to the front desk and asked if the mechanics were still on duty. he said they were off at 5pm, but i could go in there and ask if they could do me a favor. owner/operator/master technician chris stepped right up and how he could help me. i explained the issue and he spent about 5-10 minutes working my issue and sure enough he figured it out and at least came up with a temporary solution. he told me what to do to arrange a permanent fix and didn't try to tell me to bring it in Monday so he could fix it for a bunch of money. i asked him if i could compensate him for this mini consultation...and he declined. an owner/operator/master technician who's still at his shop 1.5 hours after closing time on a Friday willing to stand tall and help out someone in need seems like a pretty solid guy to me and a guy who's doing what it takes to make his business successful. I'll be taking my BMW to Chris for service going forward.

My daughter came for visit for holidays and her car had check engine light on. Took the car to Steve at Meineke day after Thanksgiving and he got us right in. When I first came to California a year ago, my clutch ground completely away from my 1999 VW Jetta and I needed a repair. I was expecting to pay $800, but was billed only $630! Al was terrific and my car drives great now. Al and Jeff at expert mobile have a combined 60 years of experience (I asked) and have incredible service. Since then I go to Al for everything, knowing I will walk away with great service, at a low price, and that he got the job done quickly. I recommend Al to anyone in need of a trustworthy mechanic. (He even helped explain to me that I didn t need some repairs that would have cost me a lot!)

Great service from Alan and his crew! We just bought a 3-year old Prius for my son and GIC did a thorough evaluation of the car. Jorge of Baja's auto tech has done several jobs for me over the last year. He has been honest with me and given me a good price every time. He has not tried to convince me to do something that doesn't really need to be done. He trouble shoots problems like a master mechanic should and only does what makes sense to do. I'm happy that I can trust him and that he gets my job done quickly. I highly reccomend him!

Not recommended to move there. The managment people is very mean and rude. Tend to discrimate people base on their race or country of origin. The streets are full of holes and they never fix them. The safety of the park is very bad and they ignore peoples concerns or complains about that. Cars will drive very fast putting the childrens and tennants in risk of an accident.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. These guys ruined my brand new wheels! They created giant chunks in the wheels and left marring on the front surface of the wheel. After only 3,000 miles my vehicle went through a brand new pair of tires because they couldn't align the lift that they had installed on my 2012 truck properly. The mechanics couldn't even install and balance new tires without ruining my wheels. I wouldn't even trust these guys with an oil change. Never go there!
