The service at Rick's was terrific! I was on my way to take my son back to UC Irvine from Agoura when my battery and engine lights came on. It turns out I needed a new alternator and belts. Rick went out of his way to accomodate my schedule. He fixed my car promptly which enabled me to get my son back to UCI to attend class that afternoon. The owner, Glen, really knows about taking care of your customers. I didn't know what to expect from an independent BMW repair shop. My factory and extended warranty ran out and I needed a starter replaced and the dealer quoted an arm and a leg! On Sunday evening I left a voice message requesting a quote for the service to my car. I immediately received a text message with a quote early Monday morning. Ruben was not just genuinely a cool guy but very straight forward and open about the quote and diagnostic. The prices beat the other repair shops' I contacted and the experience was way better than what I experienced at the dealer. I even received video clips of him showing me how he replaced the starter and other steps. Honesty, no gimmicks, the best price I explored, great customer service, and I will definitely continue my servicing needs here

What I love about this place is that they are courteous and helpful. I called and spoke w/ Bill the manager told him my issue, brought my car in and because it was just a minor issue I was in and out in about 30 mins or less!!! I will definitely take my car back there!

Went here on a referral with a coupon to have AC service. Mechanic did a good job , didn't try to up charge me. Honesty and integrity very much appreciated don't find that with a lot of mechanics these days!

OET had my problem diagnosed within two hours and had my car back to me within the same day. I was shocked when I was told that the problem was minor. My repair cost substantially less than I expected. I knew then, that I had finally found an honest mechanic.

12/14/2011 I just came from the shop and it is good news. My engine is nearly finished. Aaron took me in the back to check out the progress. WOW!! This engine is spotless. It looks brand new. Incredible. It’s too early to give Hi-Tec two thumbs up but if it runs as good as it looks I’m going to be happy. Aaron say’s the team should be done this week and he is going to call me. I called a few shops and looked into the best place to have the work done. Then I called Hi-Tech engine in Gardena. I spoke with Aaron and he seemed very confident that they could take care of me. I mean the guy knew everything about my engine and reassured me that Hi-Tech specialized in engine rebuilding. So, the next day I had my car towed in and Aaron gave me a tour of the shop. Well, this is not a simple repair shop. Hi-Tech is better described as an engine-rebuilding factory. They have a full-blown specialty machine shop that appears to be well staffed. They have a large inventory of replacement parts and I noted the presence multiple engines in various stages of rebuild. They have a special area for engine install, in short everything looked good. Robert and Ricardo went above and beyond my expectations. I wanted to compare the Yokohama and Nitto tires side by side in person so I asked if I can order both tires and decide from there. No problem with a big smile was the answer I got and they had both tires at the store within a couple of hours and installed them that same day. They drove me home and picked me up when it was all done. They had the lowest price in Valencia who had good performance tire brand and sizes I wanted in stock plus "REBATES". I went back the next day and purchased another set of Hankook tires and once again, I wasn't sure if I should get the V12 or S1s. So they ordered both for me again and I decided to go for the V12s. To be able to compare 4 sets of tires side by side and only buy 2 sets without a deposit is unheard of these days unless the shop is confident that they can sell anything and everything the customer wants to see. I will surely be back just for this reason alone. If you're picky and love premium hi-end performance tires, then this is the shop for you. They surely have all the good stuff and the shop is definitely capable. A lot of negative reviews here and yet people keep on coming. They're busy for a reason. So go figure. Don de los Reyes

I was in need of brake repair and looked here to find a shop with good references. I feel like I hit the jackpot. I called two days ago and made an appointment, then went in the next day. Steve took my car in right away, offered me a ride home, called me a couple hours later and said the car was done and sent his son to pick me up. The car runs just as good as when it was brand new. It's a 2004 Chevy Impala. The service is exceptional, Mr Luzzi is very nice and I am very pleased. I will be back for future service without a doubt.

Came here because I had a flat tire. But not only that I needed an oil change so this individual camilo took care of me really fast.
