Electrical repair service near Malibu, CA

I thank my lucky stars for this place!! For as long as I've been taking my car to the team here, which is about 6 years now (this was previously a Nappa, with the same team), I have always been listened to genuinely and given considered, expert recommendations for my old car. It's thanks to them that it keeps on going!! Managers Albert, Mitch and the mechanics are top notch, friendly and so helpful! They take the time to listen and explain. At first, having just moved to LA, I used to cross-check their recommendations with a friend who owns a repair shop back where I used to live. Every time, he agreed with the basis for their assessment, plan of action, and price. As an example of their honesty, there was one type of repair that, for the type of car I have, is apparently best done by the dealership, and they told me that up front, rather than just doing the repair themselves without telling me and leaving me with the chance that the car may not work as it should. They have never been pushy and they help me prioritize what needs to be done and what can wait. They have sometimes gone out of their way to help me. The friendliness and reliability with which I'm treated here makes this Napa shop a valuable part of my sense of community here in Hollywood. I'm so grateful to have them and couldn't recommend them more highly! Janet Caper

Great service! I was given a detailed understanding of the issue my vehicle was experiencing. With my small budget incapable of undergoing all needed repairs, they made it work. A day after installing a tow kit onto my car, the turn signal fuse kept blowing. Took it back to the tow hitch company but they couldn't find a problem. Took it to a general auto repair place where they charged me $105 to replace a couple fuses but said they could not see any problem. Finally, I say ok - I am going to take it to a professional place - MAN, AM I GLAD I DID and GLAD I WENT HERE. This guy is Excellent. Reasonable price, fast completion time, friendly service. Gives me faith in the auto repair industry that there are actually nice, honest repair places. If you need repair of electrical, don't go to a general repair cause they probably know as much as you.... take it to this place... you will be glad you did.

Again ABC steps up to the plate! I had what amounted to a dashboard warning light (and some kind of high-pitched squeal from the engine), just prior to a long-distance trip with my BMW X5. Hugo and team moved me up the line to get it sussed out, figured it was a loose gas cap, sent me on my way under the quoted price and 24 hours ahead of schedule. I trust these guys - TRUST. ok, well, i just suddenly appeared at the shop, because my car had trouble starting. being a dummy, i thought it was my battery, but, when i explained the attempts and the clicking, he knew the exact problem. i can always trust the guys at the shop. i have an old car, and they have been doing the upkeep for years now. it is a toyota truck, so it is priceless to me, and they always fix it with a smile! heros!

For the last 3 times I have taken the car in for something big, it has always needed something more the next day. The limited hours (no nights or weekends) make finding a time for service difficult. Gary et.al. are accommodating about giving me a ride if the job requires several hours which I appreciate, but it is hard to get the shop to make repairs if I can't get the car in early on a weekday morn. appreciate car being washed after being worked on.
