This is one place on where I will be a FOREVER Customer and Loyal at that. Today I had the wrose most horrible day dealing with a set of bad companies that deal with tires. I was out and about for almost 8 hours trying to get my tires replaced due to one of them having a Bad Factory tear on the inside of the tire. I got here at 6:45pm, right before they closed and this AMAZING WONDERFUL Gentleman asked me how I was doing and was super sweet to hear what happened. He said he was sorry for what happened and that he would be happy to help. Within minutes of getting there, the guys out in the garage did the alignment, changed out all 4 tires and also told me that I had 2 other problems with the Tire area and helped me in every way to get my car back on the road safe for me to drive. It took these gentlemen 40 min.s to get it all done right. They helped me with everything, got me a warranty on the tires and more. I couldn't have been anymore happier, they made my day better. Hubert has always been good on communicating with me and telling me when something is not needed. I moved to the south bay over 10 years ago and he's always been my 1st call for any of our auto needs. I highly recommend. They specialize in Amsoil and that all I run on my wife's Honda and my F350. Don't get me wrong they have a vary of supplies.

The service at Rick's was terrific! I was on my way to take my son back to UC Irvine from Agoura when my battery and engine lights came on. It turns out I needed a new alternator and belts. Rick went out of his way to accomodate my schedule. He fixed my car promptly which enabled me to get my son back to UCI to attend class that afternoon. The owner, Glen, really knows about taking care of your customers. I didn't know what to expect from an independent BMW repair shop. My factory and extended warranty ran out and I needed a starter replaced and the dealer quoted an arm and a leg! On Sunday evening I left a voice message requesting a quote for the service to my car. I immediately received a text message with a quote early Monday morning. Ruben was not just genuinely a cool guy but very straight forward and open about the quote and diagnostic. The prices beat the other repair shops' I contacted and the experience was way better than what I experienced at the dealer. I even received video clips of him showing me how he replaced the starter and other steps. Honesty, no gimmicks, the best price I explored, great customer service, and I will definitely continue my servicing needs here

Within a 2 week period, 3 of my 4 tires had nails and screws found in them. I had to purchase a new tire for the first situation. The following week I had to make another visit for damage done to 2 other tires. They heard about my belief as to why I am experiencing this. Fixed the problem tires and sent me on my way..... NO CHARGE! They made a bad situation into a situation where I could be grateful for something. Thank you so much to the manager of Hermosa Beach American Tire Depot. It meant a lot!! I will be back! ok, well, i just suddenly appeared at the shop, because my car had trouble starting. being a dummy, i thought it was my battery, but, when i explained the attempts and the clicking, he knew the exact problem. i can always trust the guys at the shop. i have an old car, and they have been doing the upkeep for years now. it is a toyota truck, so it is priceless to me, and they always fix it with a smile! heros!

For the last 3 times I have taken the car in for something big, it has always needed something more the next day. The limited hours (no nights or weekends) make finding a time for service difficult. Gary et.al. are accommodating about giving me a ride if the job requires several hours which I appreciate, but it is hard to get the shop to make repairs if I can't get the car in early on a weekday morn. appreciate car being washed after being worked on.

20+ years I've lived in Los Angeles and have had my Benz worked on far and wide. If I had only known Kevin at MZB West. By referral I have taken several cars to him and my own and have always left feeling satisfied and relieved. Satisfied because the quote is always itemized AND prioritized and relevant. As a new resident to LA, West Coast Tire was very helpful in fixing my tire that was under road hazard warranty from another shop out of state. I worked with Joe primarily, who was very quick, always answered my calls, and was very friendly. He made sure everything was right before I pulled out of the lot. I will definitely go back to West Coast again.
