Brian very patiently and expertly diagnosed the reason for my engine suddenly shutting down for apparently no reason.

This is the place I will return again and again! I am very impressed on how they handle the entire process of my car trouble. I was changing out my drive belt and ac belt, not only their price was more than reasonable but their work was spot on! I was able to get in and out fast. Also ask for an oil change while I’m there and it was not a long wait at all! They were upfront about the cost and give me a detailed break down. They also warned me about taxes and fees that may apply later at check out. No hidden cost that will surprise you later. DO NOT GO THERE PERIOD!!! I brought my car back for fan belt repair several times and it is still not working right. This shop is a rip off, stay AWAY. It is not worth even ONE STAR.

Very nice experience

Had my first experience with Pat's Garage when I took in my 2012 Fisker Karma for routine 10K mile service. Every aspect of the experience was terrific, starting with the initial consultation and advice, scheduling, reception, the work itself, and delivery. Pat and his crew are extremely knowledgeable about this rare car, and very professional and helpful throughout the process. I research the heck out of my shops because I care about my car. Jay was highly rated, and I was given a casual recommendation through FB. I pulled the trigger and brought in my '06 BMW for some scheduled maintenance. I got my rear brakes done, a coolant flush, and a brake flush. I quoted the same work through the dealer just up the street and Jay came more than 30% cheaper. He dropped me off at work, and also picked me up as well. Now that's service. He sent me pictures of the parts he replaced and kept me updated on the progress. It seems simple that someone would think to do this now, but most don't and I appreciate it. Never felt pressured or pushed. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable about my car. Since he worked at BMW SF for over 17 years, I thoroughly trust him. He is definitely my new go to guy for BMW Service. Thanks!
