Recently, I was having some transmission issues which, according to another estimate, would have cost 2 arms and 1 leg. Pat used his connections to find a specialty guy to take apart my entire transmission, make changes, and put it back together. I used to take my BMW to the local BMW dealership for maintenance, but I switched to Holland Car Care years ago and intend to stay with them forever.
