First off, Al is one of a kind. He is truly a passionate professional. I believe he has been in this location for about 20 years. I brought my car in for a full tune-up. It was my first experience at Quality Auto. Ive passed by many times but never used the service till recent. He is a completely honest man and does anything possible to help save a penny. Seems like most of his costumers have been around him for a long time. Many people in the business were very warm and friendly with him as I was sitting in the office. It clearly showed trust and made me feel even more better bringing my car to him. Mechanics these days are very hard to trust, that's not the case with Al at Quality Auto in Turlock. Rosa

We are considering buying a used car. I called to ask what it would cost to have it inspected. I found out the inspection is without cost. I restored a 1970 BMW. This shop disassembled the transmission and reassembled it. I asked them to replace seals, fluids and let me know if there were issues. They I paid them to install the transmission as we had issues connecting it to the engine. I was charged about $1500 for the work. We got the engine working a few months ago and took it for a ride. The transmission leaks and the car will not go to second gear. I talked to Bud about it and he refused to work on it or refund money for the work. He blamed it on me and my car for some reason. I paid him what he asked. He told me to sue him if I wanted to get the money back. Worst car repair transaction I have ever experienced.

Honestly, I am impressed with the care Ohana gave to my 2015 Acura RLX with 40,000 miles on it. I have lived in Stockton since 1975 and been to many auto shops over the years. Go in and meet RJ you will find right off the bat he doesn't play games. He only will do work on a vehicle according to the factory maintenance that's required by the manufactures book. I tried to cut corners on the lubricant used he showed me why not to do that and said he could only do it the right way I greatly appreciated the education. I am a very critical person and trust has to be earned with me. Ohana is the only shop I will take my Acura or Chevrolet 3500 Silverado 1 ton Dually to. give them a try they have EARNED my trust their prices are very reasonable too that's always a plus. My Acura is a expensive luxury car and Ohana returned it to me with no oil smears clean and windows washed. I appreciated that very much. very pleased client Michael Gomez
