These guys were great! I would highly reccomend them. I had a 1:00 appt and was met with a can "do attitude". I was in and out in less than 30 mins. I just moved to town and when I found out they also do oil changes and tire rotations...there is no doubt that I have found my "go to" team here in Rancho. This place is awesome. I was looking for a place near me that could perform an alignment on my 2007 Ford escape. The manager there (Don) gave me a great deal, presented me with excellent customer service and treated me like a human being. This was the only place that can get my tire on the fly. I have a tire size that's hard to find quickly and The pricing was perfect. The service was great!! And pretty quick. I came in today and will be back in a few weeks for more work. I had a screw that was in a very bad area of my tire preventing it to be repaired. Before they charged me for the tire they took a look to see if it was repairable. Thanks guys!! Darcie Ragans

Mel and his employees are very friendly, approachable and, knowlegable of what's taking place with your vehicle. I've been patranizing Mel's Auto for over 5 years, with a 2000 SUV full service including a transmission rebuild to service on a 1974 Chevy pick up truck so Mel is all around when it comes to cars he deals with.
