Action Transmission has the best service and professionalism that I've ever seen in a Transmission company. Their price was fair, they were excellent in telling everything they found and explaining any options, and not giving me any pressure to pick those options. In 8 months, I am moving 100 miles away. However, I will come back to Action Transmission for any needed transmission work on any of my four trucks!

Lee, at Neptune Beach Tire Kingdom, told me Action Transmission is the best in Jacksonville, and he wasn't kidding! They did not try to oversell me anything and told me exactly what I needed and even gave me recommendations to lower the cost of the work. They even found my brakes were getting close to needing to be replaced and said they do not do that kind of work and recommended a shop (I do my own). Great company! Great people! And excellent work!! I'll be going back!
