I brought my truck in for an exhaust leak. The original inspection was a leak in the resonator. I was told that they would have it on a specific date and that I could bring it back in on that date, so I did. When I arrived they told me that they didn’t have the part yet, so I waited for the next delivery time, only to learn that the part still had not arrived and I needed to come back another day. This time the part was there and I waited for the repair to be completed. But once the repair was done they started that I had another exhaust leak at the drivers side exhaust manifold and to reach out to the shop that did the repair last year since it may still be under warranty, and the truck was stuck on the lift for 2 days before they could get it down. I then learned that the warranty expired due to mileage, so I brought the truck back to Coastal to get the exhaust leak at the manifold fixed. Coastal then charged me another diagnostic fee to tell me that nuts were missing from the manifold and one of the bolts was sheared off/missing and that they were not able to fix it for me because they didn’t have the ability to extract the broken bolt. Not really sure why I was charged a second diagnostic fee for the same basic thing they had said at the previous visit.

I am located in NY and my daughters car was in Jacksonville stuck at a Subaru dealer with a $15,000 repair bill. Looking for a storage company, I was introduced to Sam. He helped create a plan to pick up the car, check the vehicle for all necessary repairs and fix the vehicle. Sam communicated daily and was dead on of his original estimate. His team was professional, efficient and considerate! To find a mechanic with a talented and professional team 1600 miles from home was a blessing. completely unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and vulgar. Not only the receptionist, but also the owner. He called me a b**** and a c*** and called me from his personal line at 9042700036 and screamed and told me to f*ck off b*tch and then hung up on me. He also told me to s**k his d*** ... without a doubt, worst customer service I've ever experienced IN MY LIFE and I've already sent complaints to the corporation as well as the better business bureau to shut them down so that no one ever has to deal with their horrific service again. The only reason I gave it a 1 star rating was because this website made me rate it. I would've given it a negative 5 stars if I could.
