I am sorry your experiece was less than satisfactory, from my experience I can tell you that I have rarely had a better one than with this provider. I took my car to the Mercedes service in Naples and they quoted an outrageous amount of money. I was disapointed because I have always taken my car to the Mercedes dealer, but this was too much to bear. My wife suggested Chet's because we always see imports getting serviced there. To make a long story shorter, within 30 minutes they go it fixed for ten times less than what Mercedes had quoted. We were amazed, paid our bill and left a nice tip! From now on that is the place we will go instead of the Mercedes dealer. I have to add that perhaps the poster above had a bad experience, or there was a misunderstanding, that happens to any business. I would suggest to keep an open mind and realize that all businesses have their ups and downs. At least for us this was amazing!
