knowledgeable, honest and generous
Dave has worked on my family's cars for years and we were so upset to move out of state because we worried we would never find a mechanic like him again. Although I am no longer a customer, I recently called Japanese Auto Specialists with a question about a repair they did two years ago. Dave went above and beyond to help, even speaking to my local mechanic to work things out. Dave is so knowledgeable, honest and generous ; and I appreciate the time he has taken to give advice, explain my options and then do good work. trustworthy mechanic
I took my wife's 2011 Toyota Sienna to a local Toyota Dealer and was shocked when they presented me with a $2400 estimate for a new water pump..Yikes!! Called Japanese Auto Specialist. Spoke with Dave. He was knowledgeable, professional and emailed me a quote within 30 min. Far less expensive than the dealer!! I booked an appointment, dropped off van and it was fixed by the afternoon!! Great value,service and well worth your consideration when you are in need of a trustworthy mechanic. Jerry Hendry
