Engine repair service near Monterey Park, CA

I took a 2004 Kia Optima to AER quite a while ago. I did some shopping around asking other Mechanic shops for prices and what they do. I settled with AER because they gave reasonable prices. After i left them the car, it took them maybe 2 days to call me back and tell of the additional parts my car needed and gave me a revised estimate. It was a bit more that i had thought it would be but i agreed to continue with the work. Starting from day one, it took them a little less than two weeks to repair my Kia. To this day I have not had any problems with them. Thank you AER for a great service.

My wife’s expedition blew a heater hose while at Coffee Bean with steam coming out from under the hood she drove next door to American Tire. The guys “T” as in Mr. T was very helpful, even assisting her a tow to the dealer through AAA (garages don’t typically assist you going elsewhere, but they were helpful). Upon arriving to assess the problem I realized the “new” heater hoses are not hoses at all but rather multisegment manifolds. I felt comfortable with everything explained, they confirmed that the parts were available and it would be done by the end of day and it was. Very happy with the service and how we were treated. 5 star all the way!

The best in the Valley, excellent customer service, the owner is so kind, he will take care of the customer and your car, when I need to do oil change (synthetic) I go to him, and for my tires I think I bought 3 sets of tires with him for a good price. He is the Man. -Mike D.

I brought my 2007 VW Jetta in to Volkswagen Santa Monica with serious brake issues. Their estimate for "Premature Rotor Damage" was over $1000. I took it over to AE German, and had it fixed quickly for nearly half the price. I will be coming back next time I need a mechanic and stop waiting my time with over priced cheaters.

I CANNOT express enough how grateful the guys at American Tire Depot have been to me. As a single woman who knows virtually nothing about cars, I am so grateful to these gentlemen who have treated me in the same manner that I know they would want someone to treat their mothers, wives or sisters. They have kept my older car running and pieced together many times without overcharging or even charging me (for the small things) at all. I've also seen them do the same for men as well. Went back to ATD saw alex and Tony, They got me in and out for another full synthetic oil change. Took care of my car and got me back on my way. Love this place. These guys the staff and the mechanic on duty are awesome. Aaron Doolittle
