Electric car repair service near Mountain Center, CA

I hope it can be fixed but so far it isn't good. I came in for my truck barely going over 20mph even when hitting the gas pedal and after a few months it still has the same problem. What should I do?

Our vehicle had a new battery that AAA had put in for us. Worked fine for two weeks then we woke up to a dead vehicle again.
