Electric car repair service near Riverside, CA

I don’t know how to review this mechanics shop. I had a full brake job done on my van. The back brakes squeaked afterwards and they replaced all the parts and did the job completely over again. Then the front brakes were faulty, my steering wheel wobbled like crazy. They had to re-do the entire job on the front. This is two separate appointments, for a total of 3 times in the shop. My conclusion is this: If they had used quality parts to begin with, I would not have experienced this. Either that, or they never even replaced the brakes, they didn’t do the work at all, took $1845 and ripped me off. They didn’t show me any bad parts, didn’t offer to show me or give me my old parts back. The office gal is wonderful and tries very hard to make sure the customers are happy. They did fix the problems in the end. But it took too much of my time, too much of my lost money not working, and too much trust is lost. Overall review: WOMEN BEWARE. I think they are taking our money and not doing the job.

I've had good luck taking my jeep here for servicing. The mechanics here were able to solve a problem that kept causing the engine light to constantly come on. I'd taken my jeep elsewhere in town and the problem was never resolved until I brought my car here. I would definitely recommend this shop. Staff is courteous, professional, and has kept my 15 year old vehicle running smoothly! I will definitely continue to have all work done on my car here at George's Sierra Shell. Nancy

These people have very different vibe than any other shop and I have been to many in my life. They don’t try to upsell you or use some cheep “time pressure” techniques. They honestly look at your car, give you their opinion and very fair price and let you decide what and when you want to fix. I never felt pressured into anything, unlike all other places. I stumbled accross these mechanics through my doughter’s acquaintance and thought to myself at first” another shop we will be testing for a few months untill we get tired of them selling us repairs we don’t need” but do far I have been here about 5 times for various things, I had a very pleasurable experience with both the owner and the young gentleman that works there. Recommend to every body who is tired of being hustled by a money hungry & commission driven people.

I highly recommend this auto car repair facility to anyone. I was referred to this shop by a friend after my 2014 Dodge was having transmission problems. I have limited knowledge of cars, I was fearing the worst. Louis had "best in class" customer service, very honest and straight to the point . We used to have a family friend fix all of our vehicles but when he moved out of state his brother didn't do much for us. So we started to see Paul at American Tire Depot on Magnolia and he and his team really took great care of our vehicles.
