Always warm and friendly, excellent service. Like the new outside seating area, for waiting if necessary.

Best BMW Repair Shop
Protrans has been AMAZING from start to finish! I thought my BMW 550i transmission was toast. I was expecting to pay at LEAST 5k in repairs, but Protrans had me back on the road for MUCH, MUCH less than I ever thought. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to assure you're comfortable and happy. **I wanted to highlight the customer service I received from JEFF. 5 Star Service and Staff
These folks fixed a shifting problem with my truck that another mechanic misdiagnosed. The problem is finally fixed. I also had transmission service done and new brakes front and rear. They use quality parts, their prices are honest and fair and these are trustworthy people. The shop, waiting room and restroom are clean and the staff is all very friendly. They gave me the AAA discount. I felt like I was family there. I'm glad I found them and I'll be back the next time I need repairs. Barbara W. Riverside, CA
