Absolutely love this place! We have both bought a car through JP, and take our other MBs here for Service. They do an excellent job! We used to have a family friend fix all of our vehicles but when he moved out of state his brother didn't do much for us. So we started to see Paul at American Tire Depot on Magnolia and he and his team really took great care of our vehicles. RIP OFF! These guys repair cars like junk. Stay away from this them. They miss numerous bolts and my engine was falling off. Even the battery was not bolted on. They break things as they are going through and do a horrible job. Rather than taking care of the Engine light problem they simply just reset it and I drove off with the engine light still on. If you love your car, go somewhere else.

Great service and very friendly. Bill and his team are excellent at diagnosing problems in your vehicle and then communicating them to the mechanically disinclined in open, unambiguous language.
