I recently brought my car in to Chuck Mercier Union 76 because it didn't pass the smog test. I spoke with Gary, and told him my situation. He was more than willing to help me out. He fixed the problem and my car ended up passing the smog test. He is very smart, knowledgeable, and professional when it comes to cars. We were referred to Mitch at Schneider's Auto Repair by a family member who has had nothing but good things to say about them. We have taken our cars to Schneider's for the past couple years and have received excellent service from them. The customer service department was extremely courteous to us each and every time. I have referred friends and family to them and will continue to do so!

I was a customer of A and D for many years. Having a mechanic you can trust is equally as important as having a good mechanic. I had my car serviced at GMC for the time I was still under warranty and yet they still would find ways to milk money out of me. I decided to go back to my trustworthy A and D because I trusted them to be honest with me and not try to charge me for services I didn't need or they didn't do. I throughly enjoyed Dave and his pups. He is one of the nicest, most genuine and knowledgeable people I have ever met. I say "was", because I have since moved away from the area. Trying to find a good mechanic in my new town has proven a tiresome process. I have yet to find anyone who even compares to the service I received at A and D. I still come to town to visit family and I still take my car to be serviced there while I am in town. I just hope nothing major goes on with my car because a tow ride to his shop 300 miles away would be an expensive one, but probably worth it.

I brought my 2007 VW Jetta in to Volkswagen Santa Monica with serious brake issues. Their estimate for "Premature Rotor Damage" was over $1000. I took it over to AE German, and had it fixed quickly for nearly half the price. I will be coming back next time I need a mechanic and stop waiting my time with over priced cheaters.

I CANNOT express enough how grateful the guys at American Tire Depot have been to me. As a single woman who knows virtually nothing about cars, I am so grateful to these gentlemen who have treated me in the same manner that I know they would want someone to treat their mothers, wives or sisters. They have kept my older car running and pieced together many times without overcharging or even charging me (for the small things) at all. I've also seen them do the same for men as well.
