Tire repair service near Oak Grove, CA

After multiple complaints to Lexus service, where I previously took my 2008 Lexus, I finally got fed up with poor service and safety concerns. One visit to McCoy Tire and my car is riding/driving/performing better than it has in 60,000 miles. Now with 120,000 + I feel like my car could go another 50-60,000 miles. My step dad recommended I take my truck to Hahn's after I was quoted by a Sacramento shop at $370.00 to replace a part that caused a failed smog check and was quoted $590.00 for a full tune up. Hahn's replaced the part, did the tune-up and oil change, checked brakes and rotated tires for $598.00! Not to mention their front office person Christi was very helpful, friendly, and attentive over the phone. I'm from Sutter Creek, but live in Sacramento and will try to do all my servicing/repairs at Hahn's. I saved over $500.00 dollars taking it here instead of Sac Auto (16th Street) and Hahn's did more than Sac Auto would have. Saved money and got more done! Highly recommend!!

Overall very satisfied with my experience with Oakdale Garage. Vehicle repairs were performed in a professional, knowledgeable and timely manner. My vehicle is performing as expected. Tommy did an amazing job explaining to me the repairs my vehicle needed. He also kept me informed of my vehicles status and thoroughly explained recommended service/ maintenance recommendations. Its nice to finally find a Garage that I cant trust to provide quality service and repairs at a reasonable cost. I cant say that I look forward to doing business in the future, but I will definitely return to the Oakdale Garage for all my vehicle service needs in the future. Phillip Douglas

Honestly, I am impressed with the care Ohana gave to my 2015 Acura RLX with 40,000 miles on it. I have lived in Stockton since 1975 and been to many auto shops over the years. Go in and meet RJ you will find right off the bat he doesn't play games. He only will do work on a vehicle according to the factory maintenance that's required by the manufactures book. I tried to cut corners on the lubricant used he showed me why not to do that and said he could only do it the right way I greatly appreciated the education. I am a very critical person and trust has to be earned with me. Ohana is the only shop I will take my Acura or Chevrolet 3500 Silverado 1 ton Dually to. give them a try they have EARNED my trust their prices are very reasonable too that's always a plus. My Acura is a expensive luxury car and Ohana returned it to me with no oil smears clean and windows washed. I appreciated that very much. very pleased client Michael Gomez

1 - very bad accuracy with completion time. We called earlier last week and made an appointment to drop off the vehicle on Wednesday, they told us it would be completed by Friday with confidence. So we expected the vehicle to be done 2 days later, vehicle ended up being done the following week on Wednesday, 7 days later. Not the biggest issue, things happen, but the events to follow with such a remarkable delay in comparison is very bad, also considering every following day we were unable to get an accurate statement when vehicle would be done, which altered are scheduled day by day. 2 - apparently they have only one main mechanic to work on vehicles, they told us the mechanic is out for injury, and is part of the reason why our vehicle work was so delayed. If I knew we were going to get a shitty substitute of work, I would have asked for a refund since the mechanic was out unexpectedly with everyone. 3 - my wife called at least a dozen mechanics, in Modesto and the surrounding areas. This place wasn't the cheapest, but they gave us their time and trust during our phone inquiry. One thing they told my wife was the job was going to be a flat given rate, that included taxes. I had my wife call them back to schedule an appointment, and to ask again about the flat price, and the person she spoke to said "yes tell your husband do not worry, that given price includes taxes and the following work". 7 days later, after 5 days late with job completion my wife went to pick up the car, and they ended up charging close to a couple hundred dollars in taxes on top of the flat rate that we were given the previous week. 4 - last but not least, they fucked up our car, and they denied all of the damages done to the vehicle. http://imgur.com/a/7B1aMrj At the moment our insurance company is currently investigating it, to determine if the work they done could have caused this damage. There is other scuff marks not in these pictures, marks that look like they used improper tools to pry off vehicle body parts. To be very honest, besides being very furious and frustrated, I am very concerned of the engine work they have done with my vehicle too. So far it seems good, but I don't feel secure about it at all for the long run.
