Had my car detailing done at Mr Detail Plus in Hayward. They did a clay wax on the body and fixed curb rash in few of the rims. Fixing the rims took a bit longer than promised, so the guys did a nice complementary interior cleaning and leather treatment. Great job, reasonable price, and really nice folks.

I was looking for an honest, straight forward, no-glitz service shop who could take care of our 2 Subaru's. I Yelped the Walnut Creek area and found Car Doctor with straight A's. That piqued my interest. After reading the other reviews, I thought I would give Car Doctor a try. I know my cars histories inside out, as I keep a spreadsheet on their services, mileage when anything happens, etc. I even know how many millimeters are left on my brake pads. I was 99% sure I needed rear shocks, and I knew the rear brakes on the wagon were very low. And that's what also Car Doctor said. No up sale, no gimmicks, just the honest truth.

Had a rear door lock fluttering issue. Basically it went up-and-down without me doing anything. Brought car into Holland and his team of professionals diagnosed the issue and replaced the door-lock actuator and it fixed the issue. They were pleasant to deal with and also had a great Customer Waiting Room to use equipped with wi-fi. Thanks to Dick, Carl, and Tony for their work. Bravo

Robert is a top notch professional. He showed up on time, let me know what he was going to do, and when he would be finished. He even checked with me a couple times along the way to ensure he was doing the work I wanted him to do and did not try to steer me toward higher priced options that he thought would show little to no benefit. My car looked like it had been to Hell and back, but with Robert's magic, it looks almost new! I would highly recommend his services to anyone who wants his or her car detailed with extreme care. I brought my BMW into Holland to assess an issue that I was having with my transmission. After the assessment, Holland said that I needed a new transmission, which would cost approximately $8,000.00. I got a 2nd opinion from another repair shop and they said that Holland was grossly incorrect and that my problem was only a minor computer issue. It was an easy fix, my car runs fine now, and the cost was a hundred bucks. I am terribly upset that Holland presumed that I should replace my entire transmission and spend $8000 when it was only a small issue with my car computer that should have been diagnosed correctly in the first place. I trusted Holland and I was misled.

I had problem with the engine with my Mercedes and was cautioned about visiting a dealership. A friend recommended this shop and I drove there .Although it was far from San Jose I am glad I did that . They did a good job and fast and were very courteous... I am very happy with their workmanship and reasonable prices. I just wanted to share my good experience with everyone. Two thumbs up! Azar S.
