I have used A+ for my cars for a number of years now. The work is always done correctly, on time and I am treated politely. They explain things to me in terms I understand. A huge plus is the ride TO and FROM work so that I am not bothering colleagues to get a ride. I recently had to use the dealership and it reminded me why I go to A+ instead, polite, on time and professional.

I brought my BMW into Holland to assess an issue that I was having with my transmission. After the assessment, Holland said that I needed a new transmission, which would cost approximately $8,000.00. I got a 2nd opinion from another repair shop and they said that Holland was grossly incorrect and that my problem was only a minor computer issue. It was an easy fix, my car runs fine now, and the cost was a hundred bucks. I am terribly upset that Holland presumed that I should replace my entire transmission and spend $8000 when it was only a small issue with my car computer that should have been diagnosed correctly in the first place. I trusted Holland and I was misled.

Family owned business, caring, knowledgeble. Very friendly staff. I had a tricky issue and they fixed it in a timely manner.

When rating something you don't know a great deal about and whose quality is not immediately apparent, like auto repair, pretty much the entire experience is based on the honesty of the person you deal with, and the price. I've dealt with this place twice, and it was absolutely genuine, as well as affordable. Highly recommend.

I've been going to Autowise for years. The people who work there are friendly and professional. Right now my family owns and maintains 5 cars. Autowise services all of them, and I have never been stuck by the side of the road in any of them because they do such good work. That is very important to me, especially when my children are behind the wheel. As far as price goes...cars are not cheap to maintain! I would recommend that you shop around. You might find a better price, but remember the old saying...You get what you pay for!

They were very helpful in recommending products and options as well as verifying my choices lined up with my intent. I had a great experience with William Michael Automotive. I brought my car in with a weird noise and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and propose a solution. I was blown away by the emails I received from them with photos of my actual problem along with diagrams of how it should look and function. They really go out of their way to make the customer feel comfortable that they are getting great service. I really appreciate the level a detail they took in their work and would highly recommend them to anyone I know looking for a mechanic they can trust!

YAY!! I'm a procrastinator and my registration and smog are due today! I went in on Monday and they were fast, clean, courteous, and fully honored the Yelp rate!! Thanks 101 Smog, I'm super relieved to know I can come back hassle free in the future!
