Oil change service near Pomona, CA

I recently took my vehicle to ACA and they kep my car for 3 days, they charged me $430 bucks to do a full service and to fix my squeeking breaks. I got my car back only to find I didn't have any windshield wiper fluid, the breaks are squeeking as bad as they were before bringing it in, and I had gressy hand prints running all along the hood on both sides. I called to complain to a manager and was told they would call me back, but they never did. I called again the next day and they told me to drop it off again for another day which forced me to rent a car for my road trip because my car was still broken. Then when I get home and bring my car in they tell me they need it for another day which leaves me without a vehicle yet another day........ These guys are thieves and I will never bring my car back to them and I recommend you find a different shop to go to if your thinking about using them!!

I brought my BMW Z4 here and had excellent service! The entire experience was positive. They are upfront with costs, and I paid less than what they estimated. I saved $1000.00 from the dealer's quote. I was able to talk directly with the mechanic and the owner. They really care about providing quality service and making sure the customer is happy. A few days after the repairs were completed, my car began stalling so I called them. The issue was not related to what they had done, but they came and rescued me from the side of the road, took the car in, found the problem, repaired it and only charged me for the part. No labor charge! I highly recommend Schnider Motors for your BMW repairs!!! I know I will definitely return for any and all of my BMWs service.

I took a 2004 Kia Optima to AER quite a while ago. I did some shopping around asking other Mechanic shops for prices and what they do. I settled with AER because they gave reasonable prices. After i left them the car, it took them maybe 2 days to call me back and tell of the additional parts my car needed and gave me a revised estimate. It was a bit more that i had thought it would be but i agreed to continue with the work. Starting from day one, it took them a little less than two weeks to repair my Kia. To this day I have not had any problems with them. Thank you AER for a great service.

Omg Jim serviced my Mercedes and did extra work without even charging me,not cuz I am a girl but seriously he did a awesome job with a full tuneup and my car runs and sounds even better.I tell everyone about him and his company.You will not regret.Its hard to find a honest mechanic anymore.Thanks!

DON'T USE THIS SHOP ,DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS AT ALL ,THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE , THEY FAILED TO REPAIR OUR CAR CORRECTLY AFTER TWO TRYS,AND KEEP THE CAR OVER 30 DAYS ,THEY CALLED US EVERY THREE DAYS AND SAYS THEY FOUND MORE THINGS WRONG NEED MORE REPAIRS AND MORE MONEY ,THEY STILL DIDN'T FIX THE CAR RIGHT , WE HAD TO TOW THE CAR TO THE DEALER ,TO REPAIR THE CAR CORRECTLY, THEY WOULD NOT REFUND OUR MONEY , TREATED US VERY BAD ,1200.00 DOLLARS WASTED AT THIS SHOP ... DONT USE THESE GUYS 'PAUL' BAD PEOPLE

Decided to give this repair shop a chance since it's close to my house. The facility was clean and the manager Jonathan was very courteous. Oil change was done in reasonable time and price was great since I was able to use coupon. Jonathan was patient enough to answer any dumb questions I had after the service. Great shop!

1 year ago my brother-in-law referred me to Midas Diamond Bar after I told him I felt the Toyota dealer I had been going for 3 years up-sold some unnecessary services to me. Since then this place has been my go-to shop for all my car maintenance and repair. The staff (Nitin) was really nice and very honest. Doesn't try to push some unnecessary services to you. They make sure that they take care of you nice and fairly and that you feel comfortable with them so you will come back. And I will def come back. -Jared Wu

Got a flat and got it towed here because it was close to Cal Poly. People here are really nice and they fixed my tire for free! Brian was really cool and we had a friendly conversation while Mynor was fixing my tire very quickly. Probably the best experience I had at a car service location. Highly recommend! Jose Jimenez

The only place I will take my vehicle! Here is an auto repair shop that does everything, and does it with honesty, integrity, and kindness. Mario and Mike are amazing. Mario, the owner, is simply a great guy who provides impeccable service and the best work possible. Mike is a talented and hard worker. I just could not be more impressed with Accurate Automotive and I'm telling everyone I know to go here. If you want top quality work on your car, with the BEST prices around, check this place out. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP - I had my oil changed here about 3 weeks ago and just noticed an oil spot in my parking spot at work - I checked my oil and it was near empty and could clearly see oil all over the filter and all around it. If I hadn't noticed this I was probably a few more days from driving around with ZERO oil and causing damage to my engine. It would have been better to just throw my money out the window - at least that wouldn't have the potential to damage my car - horrible shop.
