I've been looking for a new doctor for our family's cars. Tho' it was one experience, these guys impressed me with knowledge and even educated me on my truck's sickness to allow me to make a proper decision. No sales. The tech that looked under the hood and diagnosed even noted an oil pan leak which they fixed with sealant at no cost (tho' I was getting ready to pay them for a bigger ticket item). I don't know much about vehicle repair but I do know I trust Justin, the owner and everyone that works at that shop. They explain everything your car needs and why you need it before they begin repair. I have never felt like they tried to up sell me or repair something that wasn't needed. I've taken my Audi TT roadster to Griffin's several times. They have take great care of the care of it. They know the ins and outs of repairing Audis, so I'm not waiting for days while they scout around for parts and figure out how to get the repair done. Great Service, Great Price. Quality is legitimate, staff is knowledgable, Service has INCLUDED extended warranty, on service and parts performed by JCM. Multiple Lifts in Garage, Fully equipped with toolsets as well as various specialty tools. EXPECTED repair cost by me: $500+ ACTUAL repair cost by JCM $50. Owner Jeff is very knowledgable of mechanics, as well as his staff of mechanics that know a great amount about the work they do. The VERY BEST PRICE. JCM uses quality Japanese parts, and at virtually cost prices. There are some reviews that post negative remarks however, I did not experience those types of behavior during my visits here. Once again, honest, willing to "hang in there" for a "fantom" problem until finally, after three weeks, identified as the starter. Once again, they are honest, reasonable in costs, and willing to keep at it until the true problem is identified. One of the best mechanic groups I have had the privilege to have work on my cars. Absolutely the "BEST"!!!

I just had Justin Johnson with wrench inc out here and he was able to solve a problem 2 other mechaincs gave up on. He was very nice and professional. He never gave up and did an excellent job. Brought my Honda Element in for an oil leak. Other place wanted to replace head gasket, but Rusty diagnosed it to just the valve cover gasket and camshaft end caps. Saved me from unnecessary repairs. BnC seems to be very honest and only fix what really needs to be fixed. They are not trying to sell you or talk you into all kind of repairs. I can highly recommend them and will bring our cars there for any needs in the future.

I had them performed an engine swap in my Jaguar. The job was complicated because I had a Corvette 5.7L engine used to replace the 4.0L Jaguar engine. The job was completed in 2 days without any problem. Other shops that wanted the job asked for 7 days at least. I'm glad I found these guys - they are now mechanic for life. Good job!!! I will highly recommend you to everyone.

Align-Tech did a 4 wheel alignment on my Honda and it's never driven better. I was wearing out my tires way too fast and it always pulled to the right on the freeway. They also did an oil change and the whole thing took about an hour and a half. I plan on going back to Align-Tech.
