The guys are California Import Auto are the best! I have lived in the area for almost 20 years and have taken my cars here the entire time. Great customer service - I originally bought 4 Winnrun tires in Murrieta and "tested" them on my commute to work - 60 miles. Horrible tire for an Audi A4. Manager at store of purchase said they were similar to my Toyo's. Ummm, no...So I went into the Kearny Mesa location and was greeted by Daniel and Joey I told them my issue and was promptly issued a credit for the tires and exchanged them for a set of Toyo. I love FTS because I can trust them. That's a big thing for me when going to see a mechanic, especially for the first time. They have the most incredible reviews and I got a glowing referral for their services. They lived up to ALL the hype. I went in for an oil change and I got a no-nonsense assessment of what needed to be done and when. They didn't try to oversell me or get me to fix things that weren't in need of repair. I really appreciate that! They also worked quickly and got me in with little notice and completed my service before the estimated time. I will definitely be back to FTS, in fact, I have my other car scheduled for this week. :)

Ryan is an amazing mechanic! Very knowledgable, personable, and honest. I recently moved from LA and have used the same mechanic for 15yrs on my Acura's, so I was hesitant to find a new one in SD. I was so pleased to find Ryan, b/c his approach was very similar to Jay my previous mechanic. He was able to fix my brakes, change the oil, replace the door locking mechanism, and have Hertz pick me up and get me a rental car: all for a reasonable price.
