Though his auto mechanical IQ is as strong as anybody else's, it's Sean's integrity and laid-back professionalism that sets him apart in his industry. Sean will NEVER make you feel like your being taken advantage of and He will always tell you the truth...always. Also, his prices are extremely reasonable. This place was busy right away this morning when I arrived. Still they were able to squeeze me in. I thought I need a tire patched as it was flat. Ends up it was only a bad valve stem. They switched it out in no time and didn't t even charge. I was pretty surprised and quite speechless. Thanks a lot guys. ok, well, i just suddenly appeared at the shop, because my car had trouble starting. being a dummy, i thought it was my battery, but, when i explained the attempts and the clicking, he knew the exact problem. i can always trust the guys at the shop. i have an old car, and they have been doing the upkeep for years now. it is a toyota truck, so it is priceless to me, and they always fix it with a smile! heros!

For the last 3 times I have taken the car in for something big, it has always needed something more the next day. The limited hours (no nights or weekends) make finding a time for service difficult. Gary et.al. are accommodating about giving me a ride if the job requires several hours which I appreciate, but it is hard to get the shop to make repairs if I can't get the car in early on a weekday morn. appreciate car being washed after being worked on.

As a new resident to LA, West Coast Tire was very helpful in fixing my tire that was under road hazard warranty from another shop out of state. I worked with Joe primarily, who was very quick, always answered my calls, and was very friendly. He made sure everything was right before I pulled out of the lot. I will definitely go back to West Coast again.

I've taken my car to German car service a few times now and worked with David. I recommend going here for service on your German car. You have to take these cars to experts you can trust and the dealership is often packed and very pricy. These guys are great with my Audi repairs and maintenance.
