High performance parts service near Redondo Beach, CA

As a new resident to LA, West Coast Tire was very helpful in fixing my tire that was under road hazard warranty from another shop out of state. I worked with Joe primarily, who was very quick, always answered my calls, and was very friendly. He made sure everything was right before I pulled out of the lot. I will definitely go back to West Coast again.

I've taken my car to German car service a few times now and worked with David. I recommend going here for service on your German car. You have to take these cars to experts you can trust and the dealership is often packed and very pricy. These guys are great with my Audi repairs and maintenance.

Save yourself the time shopping estimates and go here! They are SO nice and do a great job! Even better, after I was struck by another car, they gave me the only sane and fair price out of any of the body shops in silverlake and echo park. Hopefully I don't have to go back, but if anything else happens to my car aram is my go to!!!

My charger rides so good after the tune-up they gave me, I had a very long drive so I decided to get a tune-up first, so glad I did! They do amazing work!

My first visit for maintenance after my Mercedes warranty expired. The experience was overwhelmingly positive. Herbert has a professional calmness that exudes knowledge and confidence. You are immediately aware that you and your car are in good hands. Not happy with this place or the work, took my M3 there one time, and that was all it took. First off I had plenty of work done, header install, carbon intake installed, water pump, coolant hoses, O2 sensors, thermostat, crankshaft seal, and instructed him to repair the oil leaks. Ed says he repaired my oil leaks, yet my car continues to leak oil, he damaged a $400 wheel, which he said, if the shop he knew, could not fix it, he would buy me a new one. When his shop failed to do so, I asked about a new wheel, of course he then said, he had no money to get me a new one, so I paid out of my pocket for a new wheel. I had him install my carbon air box, and he removed my OEM clamps, threw them away and replaced them with some junk hose clamps, stating he did not have the tool to replace the clamps, not sure what that has to do with me. So I took my car to check on the oil leaks and was told and shown by the shop, how the oil pan was not only missing bolts, but some were sheared off from over torquing, I was also missing header and sway bar bolts from his header install, my power steering hose was not secure, causing it to rub on part of the motor, damaging it, there were a few other things he failed to do, now costing me over a $1000 to repair after paying him over $2000 for less than subpar work. Do yourself a favor, and stay away.

I thank my lucky stars for this place!! For as long as I've been taking my car to the team here, which is about 6 years now (this was previously a Nappa, with the same team), I have always been listened to genuinely and given considered, expert recommendations for my old car. It's thanks to them that it keeps on going!! Managers Albert, Mitch and the mechanics are top notch, friendly and so helpful! They take the time to listen and explain. At first, having just moved to LA, I used to cross-check their recommendations with a friend who owns a repair shop back where I used to live. Every time, he agreed with the basis for their assessment, plan of action, and price. As an example of their honesty, there was one type of repair that, for the type of car I have, is apparently best done by the dealership, and they told me that up front, rather than just doing the repair themselves without telling me and leaving me with the chance that the car may not work as it should. They have never been pushy and they help me prioritize what needs to be done and what can wait. They have sometimes gone out of their way to help me. The friendliness and reliability with which I'm treated here makes this Napa shop a valuable part of my sense of community here in Hollywood. I'm so grateful to have them and couldn't recommend them more highly! Janet Caper

one of the worst feelings as a car owner is when that red "check engine" light appears...ugh. i brought my truck in today knowing that robert & his crew would be honest with me and let me know if any repairs were truly needed. i feared it was my alternator, a very costly repair... turns out it wasnt, and was related to the ignition box which has been replaced earlier that morning. no repairs were needed! big sigh of relief! i continue to give this business my loyalty because i trust them. bonus is that you get a complimentary car wash with your service. win! win! thank you again silver star !!!
