Engine repair service near Reedley, CA

I called to ask about a single repair cost and was immediately treated like I was an idiot. The man who answered began telling me about other things that would possibly need to be repaired once he "got in there". I said that I was only interested in hearing the cost of the actual repair I called about and was told "that's fine if you just want the car to run for half a year". Why would I risk going to this place. I guess I would be an idiot if I went there since he is letting me know upfront that he will be "finding other repair costs". No thanks!

Call in to get a tow. The Person that picked up was very rude, made it seem like he had to jump through hoops to send a tow truck out to get me. Tow Truck got there in 1 and 1/2 hours, towed me 6 blocks and charged me $100. Last time you get my business!

Horrible customer service! I was told a 2 hour wait only to find out after the 2 hours they said there were six cars ahead and it would be even longer. At this point I asked to buy the tire and take it elsewhere only to have Richard the manager tell me I couldn’t pay cash and called me a liar and said that Arnold the employee that helped me in the first place never told me 2 hours. I proceed to get upset after they had already wasted 2 hours of my time called me a liar and wouldn’t sell to me because I only had debit for him to flat out say well I don’t even have to sell you anything! No people skills at all will not be going back there again and will tell everyone I know to not go there! And the crazy thing is I even called the district manager Tony and and he proceeded to say that I acted inappropriately and was not even there! So I’m guessing him and Richard must be close. Thanks you American tire for showing your true colors!
