I highly recommend this auto car repair facility to anyone. I was referred to this shop by a friend after my 2014 Dodge was having transmission problems. I have limited knowledge of cars, I was fearing the worst. Louis had "best in class" customer service, very honest and straight to the point . The reason I go to Rays Auto service is simply because I trust they give the correct diagnosis and repair it correct. its hard to find a place that is not trying to make an extra buck and up sell you.

First let me say the African american manager I assume never greeted me. We had new tires and two alignments done and less then 6 months later the tire was half bald which obviously indicates the alignment was not done properly. As soon as my husband begin to question and ask about next steps we were immediately told to read our contract and we were basically "dumb" for thinking that should be pointed out. The manager said come back later and I'll do the rotation although you didn't read the contract over and over in an extremely patronizing manner. I have an 08 ml350 in good condition so if the work had been done right we would not need new tires less then 6 months later. More then that this gentleman is basically "yelling" at my husband as if he is not intelligent. My husband is an accountant of high intellect I then informed him not to contract me because we own a business and are aware of how contracts works. At the end of the day we do what is right for the customer not in a manner that demeans or patronized them. He begin to yell louder mock me say " I'm not dealing with you I assume because he did not want to be corrected by a women. This man was extremely unprofessional condescending. Funny thing is when the caucasian women went to get her car he placed her keys in her hands warmly and said have a beautiful holiday. But I did not even get a how are you today. Being in management for 17 years I have never personally experienced reverse racism. Guess there is a first time for everything. Please stay away from this place. If you can't please read your contract and you will be better served if your non black. Good luck and choose wisely.

Probably the most honest place in town. I came because Econo Lube told me I needed new brakes which sounded fishy since they were about a year old. Came here and after a few minutes they said I didn't need them. They just needed some tweaking and cleaning. Boom! Worked like new, no more terrible noise, they wouldn't even take my money. The whole team is super nice. We've been here tons of times, they might not always be the cheapest game in town but they've got a customer for life. Erick Uribe

I really dreaded looking for new care for my 2002 car. I had always stuck with Honda servicing on a regular basis. Unfortunately it seemed to become a chore, with impersonal interest, raising prices, and some questionable recommendations for work to be done. My son is a master mechanic but does not live close by. I let him know what was going on and he found me the Perris Auto Repair Center. I cannot be happier with them, the brothers are all so welcoming and yet feel very professional. Got a flat and got it towed here because it was close to Cal Poly. People here are really nice and they fixed my tire for free! Al and his team at South County Brake and Auto are wonderful. They have serviced all of our family cars for over 10 years. This business is the type every non-mechanical person wants to have as a go to. They are trustworthy, timely and they do what they say they are going to do. There have been a few times where I have needed them to look into something and they were clear in explaining the problem and fair in their estimation of costs. I would highly recommend them for brake repair along with general mechanic services.

This company doesn’t take responsibility for damage caused by negligence of their mechanics. After four tows back and forth to their shop and a fifth to the shop that actually fixed the problem they don’t want to pay for what it costs to fix what was damaged caused at their shop, instead just want to offer a refund. This is like if they didn’t fix your brakes properly and you crash, they would just offer a refund on the brake job and not the damage caused by their negligence. It cost $650 to repair what their mechanic messed up and they want to offer me a $380 refund. Be aware, this company takes no responsibility for their actions. Off to small claims I go...

Being a single woman I was hesitant to trust any repair shop and gladly my fears were for naught. The people at Our King Auto Repair are friendly, knowledgeable, and completely trustworthy.
