J&W Wreckers ripped me out off! I bought a piece from them and they shipped me the wrong part. I talked to the owner over the phone and though he admitted he sent me something other than what I ordered, he said he would not return my money till I paid for the return shipping on the part that I did not order. He wanted to make me pay a restocking fee as well. After many, many calls he finally agreed to return all the money but when I sent the item back he only gave me a partial refund. He was very rude over the phone and kept lying to me. Now he has the part and my money.

Finding an affordable, reliable, local auto repair business is challenging at best. Looking to support a local, honest, mechanic ... FOUND HIM! Paul was so personable, honest and forthcoming ... his family-owned and operated business was a God send. Thank you and your team for stellar customer service. Highly recommend his company - you won't be disappointed.

I've been looking for a mechanic for a while and I think I found it! They are really friendly, honest and go out of their way to help. Their prices are also SO much lower than the dealership... I'll never go back to my dealer.

This place is awesome! I brought my car in for a scary noise that I was afraid would be an expensive fix. The owner told me that the brakes another shop had put in my car were really cheap and that’s where the noise was coming from as they had worn out quickly. He didn’t try to upsell me or say there were other expensive things wrong with my car. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. Problem solved! The noise was gone and I feel much safer now. I will definitely be going back for any other car need in the future. Plus they have a really nice clean waiting room with coffees and super comfy seats. So happy I found this place!

Very understanding to my situation and was able to offer me a drop off and a pick up ride to and from their shop. Very polite and professional.
