As soon as the mechanic arrived we got a price quote, and promptly began working on our vehicle. The time went over what was estimated but the price did not. He was very thorough and explained everything that was happening with our vehicle. We liked the transparency when with the large bay window looking into the shop. This place is awesome! I brought my car in for a scary noise that I was afraid would be an expensive fix. The owner told me that the brakes another shop had put in my car were really cheap and that’s where the noise was coming from as they had worn out quickly. He didn’t try to upsell me or say there were other expensive things wrong with my car. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. Problem solved! The noise was gone and I feel much safer now. I will definitely be going back for any other car need in the future. Plus they have a really nice clean waiting room with coffees and super comfy seats. So happy I found this place!
