I don't know much about vehicle repair but I do know I trust Justin, the owner and everyone that works at that shop. They explain everything your car needs and why you need it before they begin repair. I have never felt like they tried to up sell me or repair something that wasn't needed. Once again, honest, willing to "hang in there" for a "fantom" problem until finally, after three weeks, identified as the starter. I just had Justin Johnson with wrench inc out here and he was able to solve a problem 2 other mechaincs gave up on. He was very nice and professional. He never gave up and did an excellent job.
