Had a terrific experience with them. I live in Arizona and bought a car in California that needed major engine repairs. I was told by one mechanic it needed a new engine yet they were able to repair it without having to replace it. The owner and his mechanic are very knowledgeable and responded very quickly to me with any questions. He worked with me as far as being out of state and was able to keep my car until I was able to get to California to pick it up at no extra charges. I highly recommend this establishment. The reason I chose to go with him was they had previously repaired another car for me about six years back with the similar issues from Kia, as far as the dealership telling me I needed a new engine when I actually did not. Dependable Car Care definitely saved me a lot of money and they also gave me a warranty for 36,000 miles or three years whichever comes first.

I got my latest set of new (Michelin Defender) tires today along with alignment on my 2013 Prius. The car noise levels, steering, and ride are much improved. I can't say enough about the personal attention, excellent values and great service at Grand Prix. I highly recommend Grand Prix Tire for your automotive needs. You guys rock! You picked up the car from our home, took care of biz, texted me a pic of an update. I called and told me that the running light actual holder/bracket burnt out. All in all, still $100 to repair about and you guys dropped it back in the afternoon. Super nice, super convenient with all that's going on with quarantine. I left a positive review on Yelp and posted on Nextdoor that you guys are open. You should maybe let me people know your max radius for pick up/drop off - not sure if it is noted anywhere, luckily I'm just down the street. Thank you! -Jeff

Came here for the first time a few months ago, just taking a chance a bit skeptical but the owner Souk quickly put my nerves and worries at ease, he was cool and easy to talk to and he seamed to care more about me as a customer and less about my money. First and foremost Sean is really good at fixing cars!! He knows his stuff. His way of explaining the mechanics makes me feel at ease because I can actually follow. Though his auto mechanical IQ is as strong as anybody else's, it's Sean's integrity and laid-back professionalism that sets him apart in his industry. Sean will NEVER make you feel like your being taken advantage of and He will always tell you the truth...always. Also, his prices are extremely reasonable. I have been using Sean for several years and will continue to do so. I recommend him to anyone.
