Had a terrific experience with them. I live in Arizona and bought a car in California that needed major engine repairs. I was told by one mechanic it needed a new engine yet they were able to repair it without having to replace it. The owner and his mechanic are very knowledgeable and responded very quickly to me with any questions. He worked with me as far as being out of state and was able to keep my car until I was able to get to California to pick it up at no extra charges. I highly recommend this establishment. The reason I chose to go with him was they had previously repaired another car for me about six years back with the similar issues from Kia, as far as the dealership telling me I needed a new engine when I actually did not. Dependable Car Care definitely saved me a lot of money and they also gave me a warranty for 36,000 miles or three years whichever comes first.

I went to Dependable Car Care for an oil change and had a great experience! Super fast service, friendly staff and no pressure or upselling to do more to my car. Very trustworthy place. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good mechanic!

Found him to be patient with my questions, felt like he listened to me and explained in a way I can somewhat understand being a woman. The work was done in a timely manner. Way to go! Added a fuse and was able to fix my check engine light. Unfortunately not able to diagnose starter issue (code not showing on check engine) so recommended two to three major services that might fix the problem. Was hoping to get a more definitive answer. Didn't do all recommended services like tire rotation.

Dan was very helpful in giving options to replace my transmission regarding costs and warranty. He was available when needed and answered all my questions. Was honest when other repairs may have been needed. Will definitely use Dependable again.
